The Inside Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious revenue growth objectives. The candidate must be comfortable making several calls per day, sending personalized emails, using forecasting tools, updating software, and communicating progress. The role involves engaging via social networks, collaborating with all parts of the business and partners, generating interest, qualifying opportunities, and closing sales in our emerging markets.ResponsibilitiesBuild territory mapping and account planning on key accounts and execute through programmatic campaigns or other strategic approachesMeet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets/quotas within marketsDevelop credible relationships within the Infor installed base to create, manage, and close sales opportunitiesLearn and present the value proposition for Infor’s business solutionsCollaborate in a team environment with Pre-sales Consultants, Consulting Sales, and other internal departmentsUtilize and accurately update Infor customer, forecasting, and pipeline management systemsCommunicate clearly and regularly, both verbally and in writing, with customers, internal departments, and managementPrepare and present quarterly Territory/Business plans and reviewsActively participate in the team cultureBackground selling or positioning softwareAbility or potential to manage multiple concurrent complex sales cyclesHigh energy, drive, intellect, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment; able to work in a high-pressure, fast-moving environmentStrong presentation skills, both in person and via telephone and internetProven ability to collaborate with virtual team membersBasic QualificationsNordics languages speaker (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish)Background selling or positioning softwareAbility or potential to manage multiple concurrent complex sales cyclesHigh energy, drive, intellect, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment; able to work in a high-pressure, fast-moving environmentStrong presentation skills, both face to face and over the telephone and internetProven ability to collaborate with virtual team membersAdditional requirementsDemonstrate passion for your company, solutions, customers, and achieving lofty goalsDemonstrate professionalism with strong organizational planning, communication, and problem-solving skillsPositive and can-do attitudeAbout InforInfor is where ambition meets impact.
