• Develop and maintain PMO processes and procedures
• Administer PMO functions including document management and templates
• Support financial controls and project budgeting
• Facilitate and coordinate project activities with Delivery Managers
• Coordinate resource onboarding, roll-offs and training
• Maintain contract templates and deliverables
• Support contract management processes (scheduling, filing, templating)
• Maintain SharePoint knowledge base
