We are redefining the way we price, and you will play a key role in defining our segment pricing strategy. You will own a specific segment and work together with product management, R&D, and sales to define the go-to-market strategy.Here’s some of the other things you can look forward to:Taking full ownership of the pricing strategy for a key segment within our global portfolio, leading the development of our pricing landscape and implementing innovative solutions to drive profitability and market leadership.Influencing key business decisions and playing a crucial part in our global success story.Thriving in a flexible work model from Polinyà, Spain, reporting directly to the Head of Global Pricing Strategy.Key Responsibilities:Collaborating with cross-functional teams ensuring cohesive decision-making.Analyzing market trends and optimizing pricing using pricing software, targeting to improve segment impact.Meeting and exceeding segment business objectives through strategic pricing initiatives.Implementing value-based pricing strategies that strengthen market position and customer satisfaction.What do you need to be successful in this role?Bachelor's or master’s degree in business, natural sciences, or a related field.Validated pricing experience, with relevant knowledge in strategy development and value-based pricing methodologies.Strong analytical and numerical skills.Understanding of sustainability in a business context.Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage.Sounds like a match?Welcome to apply Click the ‘Apply for position’ button in the top-right corner and submit your application letter with a CV in English via our recruitment system.
