The PS AE will work to define and execute a territory strategy consisting of existing Public Sector clients and targeted new prospects.This is a senior position with the aim of building a vibrant Public Sector vertical business over a 3-year period.Specifically, you will:Devise a territory strategy for the Spanish Public Sector vertical delivering short-, medium- and long-term revenue goalsBring your sector-specific knowledge on Health, Central Government, Higher Education IT trends and initiatives to develop a sector strategy for greater DEX adoptionAccount management in large Public Sector accounts in central government, local government, and the health sector, working at C-LevelDrive new business opportunities across our most strategic acquisition accounts, connecting with prospect C-level leaders, influencers and decision makers to deliver DEX outcomesUnderstand the challenges your prospective clients face related to digital transformation, employee digital experience adoption within the context of the Spanish Public SectorHave a detailed knowledge of Spanish Public Sector procurement policies and frameworksPartner with Nexthink go-to-market teams including MSPs, Technology Partners and Alliance teams to ensure mutual successLeverage your Spanish Public Sector relationships and expertise to position Nexthink as the choice for DEXAchieve sales goals and targets for assigned territory on a quarterly and annual basisAggressively prospect, identify, qualify, and develop sales pipelineBuild strong relationships with multiple MSP Program Directors within Government AgenciesTake a consultative approach with clients by understanding their challenges and future strategies to drive the Nexthink solution within the marketplaceProspect qualification and the development of new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue growthSales process management and opportunity closureOngoing account management to ensure customer satisfactionClose business to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings objectivesWork closely with the Professional Services team to achieve customer satisfactionSell a complete solution of software, services, and support to ensure customer successWork with Marketing to conduct seminars, trade shows, and other marketing-related eventsQualifications5-10 years of sales experience closing SaaS based solution opportunities in Spanish Public Sector environmentYou have a proven track record in creating and driving new business and are always looking for ways to grow business through strategic approaches, partnerships and teaming agreementsYou’ll thrive on working to and exceeding targets and know what it takes to land new business opportunities, that you'll expand whilst developing exceptional relationships and ongoing revenueYou have demonstrated excellence in the past as a top performer in your previous roles, and are someone who is highly achievement orientated, both in and out of the officeYou are motivated by personal development and want to work with the bestAdditional InformationWe are the pioneers and trailblazers of a global IT Market Category (DEX) that is shaping the future of how the world works, giving our customers’ IT Teams total digital visibility across their enterprise.
