SAP BI Manager (I&D), hibrido Madrid Madrid, Madrid, ES SAP BI Manager (I&D) en hibrido.Hola Somos CAPGEMINI, una compañía TOP EMPLOYER con 360.000 PERSONAS en todo el mundo unidas por una misma pasión: liderar la evolución hacia un futuro sostenible e inclusivo a través de la TECNOLOGÍA.En nuestra línea global de Insights Data estamos creciendo y buscamos profesionales responsables de desarrollar y dirigir equipos y proyectos de SAP BI (SAP BW, SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Datasphere).¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?Crear y administrar planes de proyecto.Definir cronogramas de proyectos, asignar recursos y monitorizar el progreso.Alinear los objetivos del proyecto con los objetivos de nuestros clientes y las necesidades de nuestra compañía.Realizar proyectos y/o servicios relacionados con SAP BI.Ayudar al equipo del proyecto con las tareas de diseño y desarrollo.Liderar el proceso de identificación y resolución de problemas.Gestionar el proceso de seguimiento de riesgos.Supervisar y gestionar el alcance del proyecto.Gestionar toda la documentación del proyecto.Trabajar en múltiples proyectos simultáneamente dentro de la cartera de proyectos asignados.Fomentar alianzas con clientes y socios.Elaborar ofertas así como participación en su defensa.¿Qué requisitos necesitas para poder desarrollar tu rol adecuadamente?Experiencia a partir de cinco años en gestión de proyectos.Se requieren certificaciones PMP.Se valorarán las certificaciones ITIL o ITSM.Orientación al detalle.Habituación para trabajar en un entorno colaborativo.Buenas habilidades de comunicación para la interlocución con los clientes, el equipo y las partes interesadas.Experiencia en estrategia comercial y de TI.Mentalidad centrada en el cliente.Conocimiento de SAP BI a nivel funcional.Conocimiento de herramientas de gestión de proyectos.Valoraremos todas las candidaturas.
