With teams around the world, you’ll be working alongside top global talent in Cybersecurity and Identity Access Management.If you are a purpose-driven person who always sees the glass as half full, seizes opportunities, and has an urge to learn and develop your skills—we’d love to meet you.What we are looking for:We are looking for a Customer Success Manager, German Speaking to join our team in EMEA.What you will be doing:Collaborate closely with our Solution Architects & Support Engineers to maximize opportunities for our large enterprise and strategic customers.Nurture relationships across multiple client accounts.Identify gaps in the product and internal operations and build effective and scalable solutions to address them.Onboard new customers in the assigned territory.Design success for a portfolio of enterprise and strategic customers throughout their lifecycle.Track and report on customer health.Gather insights to feedback to Product Development teams.Lead training sessions to ensure that the product meets user needs.Monitor recordkeeping to capture relevant customer information.Develop and execute programs for ongoing customer development.Identify potential customer references and assist with the development of customer case studies.Maintain an understanding of Semperis technology, products, and services.Assist with the development and enhancement of processes and systems for the overall Semperis Customer Success program.What you will bring:3-6 years of experience in a cybersecurity technical account manager, customer success manager, sales engineer, technical support, or related customer-facing role in a Cybersecurity SaaS solutions company.3+ years of experience working with C-level Executives.Aptitude and drive to develop and maintain an understanding of Semperis solutions and related Microsoft technologies.Ability to understand and explain technical cybersecurity data.Excellent communication and project management skills.Proactive; ability to anticipate customer needs.Intellectually curious; driven to expand cybersecurity domain and professional expertise.Responsive and adaptive to changing situations.Genuine desire to work with customers; collaborative.Semperis is an equal opportunity employerSemperis will not discriminate against an applicant or employee based on race, color, religion, creed, national origin or ancestry, ethnicity, sex (including gender, pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity), age, physical or mental disability, veteran or military status, genetic information, citizenship, marital status, or any other legally recognized protected basis under federal, state, or local law.Excellent salary and benefits alone aren’t enough to attract and keep great people.
