We will review applications and contact candidates whose profiles best align with the position's requirements for future opportunities.What We’re Looking For:Our team works to identify, contact, and close relationships with prospective merchants. Their primary area of focus is in the online gambling, forex, and crypto verticals. They are expected to have an existing network that can bring business into PayRetailers.Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing client needs and ensuring their satisfaction.Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure their goals are being met.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients.Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets.Monitor and analyze account performance, providing insights and recommendations to clients to drive growth.Develop and implement account strategies to enhance client engagement and retention.Understand clients’ business objectives and industry trends to provide tailored solutions.Prepare regular reports on account status and performance metrics.Analyze market and industry trends to anticipate changes and adapt account strategies accordingly.About You:+4 years working in fast-paced B2B Payments or Fintech firmsSales experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing top-tier accounts.Self-motivation and drive.Sales acumen (understanding deal processes, negotiation, calculating realistic deal sizes)Fluent/advanced in English (written and spoken)Salesforce experience is a strong plus.What we offer:Hybrid working model: 1 day of telework per weekFree language & technical coursesFree catering & snacks every day at the officePrivate health insuranceFree afternoon on your birthday
