Internship – eCommerce Operations & Business Analysis
Location:
Barcelona Department: eCommerce Duration: 6 months, starting ASAP depending on academic calendar (with possibility of renewal for an additional 6 months)
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Business School student to join our eCommerce team as an intern. This role will provide hands-on exposure to key commercial and analytical areas of the business, supporting both Traffic & Retention and E-Merchandising / Inventory Management activities. The internship is structured around two main missions , allowing the intern to gain experience across multiple eCommerce functions.
Key Responsibilities
Traffic & Retention (first mission) Support monitoring of traffic channels (Organic & Paid). Analyze performance metrics and identify trends and opportunities. Assist in retention-related initiatives and performance tracking. E-Merchandising & Inventory Management (second mission) Support ad-hoc analyses related to product pricing and inventory. Develop and maintain dashboards around the Price Monitoring Tool. Provide insights to optimize pricing and merchandising decisions. Profile & Requirements
Education:
Business School student (e.g., ESADE or similar), preferably specializing in Digital, Business Analytics, or related fields . Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Interest in eCommerce, digital marketing, and data analysis. Comfortable working with Excel; familiarity with BI tools is a plus. Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented. Fluent in English. Internship Conditions Duration: 6 months with the possibility of renewal for an additional 6 months. Start date: As soon as possible, aligned with academic internship periods.
Working hours
9:00 to 18:00 with a 1-hour lunch break. This schedule must be strictly respected. Learning opportunity: Exposure to real business operations, analytics, and eCommerce strategy within an international environment.
