Contribuirás al crecimiento de nuestro negocio en un ambiente muy dinámico, colaborativo y retador como miembro vital del equipo de Payhawk. Serás responsable de la expansión de nuestra base de clientes en el segmento de "medium market" en España, trabajando con los directores financieros de empresas de 250 a 1000 empleados.El candidato ideal tendrá gran experiencia prospectando y generando oportunidades, demostrando soluciones SaaS, negociando y cerrando un gran volumen de acuerdos.Esperamos que seas un profesional muy proactivo, cómodo con un entorno rápido y cambiante, capaz de aportar mucho valor añadido, con gran orientación al cliente y un enfocado a los resultados.ResponsabilidadesInspirar y educar a los clientes potenciales sobre el valor de Payhawk.Prospectar y generar gran número de oportunidades.Realizar demostraciones presenciales y online, hasta el cierre de la venta.Crear relaciones a largo plazo con directores y altos ejecutivos.Mantener registradas todas las interacciones usando nuestro CRM (Salesforce).Ser un experto en el producto y entorno para ofrecer recomendaciones profesionales, aportando gran valor añadido a los clientes potenciales.Liderar y contribuir en proyectos para desarrollar y optimizar procesos internos.Comprometerse con los equipos de Producto y Tecnología para ayudar a impulsar la estrategia del producto.Utilizar el conocimiento del mercado y el de los competidores, para identificar y desarrollar propuestas de venta únicas.RequisitosNivel de español nativo e inglés intermedio.Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en ventas, en una empresa SaaS/internet/tecnológica.Dominio realizando demostraciones, negociando y cerrando oportunidades.Gran experiencia generando tu propio pipeline.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y construcción de relaciones a largo plazo.Ser una persona ambiciosa y competitiva, con potencial de liderazgo.Capacidad de relacionarse y atraer nuevos clientes.Excelentes habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo.Entusiasta, apasionado y orientado a objetivos.Beneficios de la empresa30 días laborables de vacaciones pagadas al año.Paquete de compensación muy competitivo.Ambiente de trabajo excepcional.Política de intercambio entre oficinas Payhawk (Londres, Ámsterdam, París, Berlín, Sofía).Eventos regulares para todo el equipo.Tarjeta de empresa Payhawk.Ten en cuenta que lamentablemente, no podemos proporcionar el patrocinio de visas, y para ser considerado para este puesto, los candidatos deben poder proporcionar pruebas de su elegibilidad para trabajar en la UE.Payhawk es un empleador que ofrece igualdad de oportunidades de empleo.
