This is in play in different pillars of the company: ZURU Toys are re-imagining what it means to play; ZURU Tech is shaping a better future by leading the next building revolution; and ZURU Edge is pioneering new-generation FMCG brands to better serve modern consumers.Founded in 2003 by EY Entrepreneur of the Year and World Entrepreneur Hall of Fame brothers Nick and Mat Mowbray, ZURU has quickly grown to a team of over 5,000 direct and indirect members across more than 30 international locations.ROLE PURPOSEThis senior individual contributor will lead development and execution of local consumer marketing campaigns for all brands, with the ultimate goal of driving product sales and delivering impactful and lasting brand experiencesWHAT YOU'LL DOCollaborate on strategic development and tactical execution of all local marketing plans for all brands within the ZURU toys portfolio under their responsibility (in line with established brand positioning).Build marketing strategy in alignment with market vision and goals. Strong coordination with Country Manager to define investments and priorities.Management of local agencies/partners where needed - media, translation, VOD partners, etc.Assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns under his/her responsibility: organize postmortem and present key takeaways along with strong understanding of local consumer behaviours and demographics.Create presentations that summarize key information on brand and marketing activities in creative and visual ways.Develop creative briefs for global brand teams and media agencies to work on digital, print, TVC, web and other campaigns.Work with Global Brand teams with regards to digital, social and influencer marketing.Establish, design and follow current and new processes to connect global teams with local needs in order to execute with excellence to drive POS and gain market share.Work with licensors to provide regular updates on marketing plans and identify potential partnerships.Ensure commercial budget adherence and invoice processing for each marketing, trade marketing and commercial.Provide event management support when needed, primarily gathering pertinent information and development of brand signage & collateral.Collaborate with Brand/Commercial team partners to keep up to date on product launches, retail exclusives, etc. and adjust marketing plans accordingly.Weekly review and report trends, sales data and consumer behaviors.Manage the relationships with global marketing teams to develop local campaign assets and ensure territory initiatives are on brand.WHAT YOU'LL BRINGBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.3-5 years of experience in consumer or brand marketing, ideally in the Toy, Fashion, Consumer Products, or any equivalent fast-paced industry.Advanced understanding of standard marketing techniques including social media, digital and influencer marketing.Knowledge of retail landscape in assigned region(s): Spain and Italy.Strong experience in Project Management.Ability to take conclusions to problem solve and create a plan to reach the goals and present actionable insights to cross functional teams.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and excellent attention to detail.Solid proficiency in MS Office, Excel, G Suite. Figma experience a plus.Highly organized and efficient. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure and time-sensitive environment.Be able to easily adapt to shifts in priorities.Experience with digital marketing tactics, planning & reporting.Ability to work effectively across different teams, departments, and third parties, and willingness to work in different time zones, and travel when required.Excitement to take part in driving a fun, dynamic, and winning culture as this role will eventually be onsite in the Madrid office.LIFE@ZURUAt ZURU, we have cultivated a high-performing culture that encourages excellence.
