What is Embat?

Embat is one of the fastest-growing startups in Europe, founded in 2021 to revolutionize how medium and large-sized enterprises manage their finances and cash flow in real time. Our mission is to create a Saa S product that uses advanced technology and delivers excellent customer experiences, allowing our clients to make faster, better-informed business decisions, all while improving efficiency by over 100x compared to Excel.
We are a diverse team of 80+ members, backed by leading international investors, aiming to go global and make Embat a fantastic place to work. In February 2024, we completed our third funding round of €15 million, led by the renowned international fund Creandum, alongside partners Samaipata, 4Founders Capital, and Venture Friends.

What are we looking for?

As Marketing Executive, you will work closely with the Marketing, Partnerships and Sales teams to execute the strategy.

What will you do?

- Understand our Ideal Customer Profile
- Deep understanding of our product
- Own the events calendar for the Spanish market
- Make sure we organise a few events a month (webinar, third party events, owned events). For the owned events, you’ll need to organise the event to A to Z (venue, catering, content for the speeches or panel, work in collaboration with the sales team to get attendees, follow-up of the new leads and opportunities on the CRM)
- Engage with our partners by communicating on our alliance and organising joint events to increase our sales pipeline
- Nurture our relationship with our marketing partners to keep organising events with them
- Find new marketing partners that share the same ICP as us
- Think creatively to create new types of events
- Analyse the results of the events
- Manage our merchandising needs for clients and prospects

What are we looking for?

- 2/3 years experience in Marketing and-or Sales/Partnerships
- Experience in Saas/ Fintech/ Finance and in high growth startup environment is a plus
- Interested in understanding the big picture. If you want to succeed in this role, you need to understand our product, the interactions among our team and with our partners
- Knowledge of CRM software (Hubspot would be a plus)
- Charm and engagement during client and partners interactions (both verbal and written)
- Hands on attitude - Capacity to execute and willingness to do what it takes to get things over the line
- Strong organisation skills and capabilities with managing multiple projects simultaneously and successfully
- Team-player: “We” is always before “I”
- Spanish and English speaker - proficiency level
