Kantar Worldpanel is hiring a Junior Global Marketing Executive to lead the division’s content distribution across channels enhancing the company's digital footprint, while contributing to the different global marketing projects within the annual plan.Role ResponsibilitiesWebsite, content and social mediaManaging the division presence in the corporate website www.kantar.com (posting newspieces, crafting landing pages, banners…). Coordinating with the internal comms team to get relevant news published at The Source.Supervising the global pipeline in coordination with teams across the world. Coordinating translations and editing. Attending the weekly Editorial calls.Responsible for improving the company's presence on LinkedIn and developing social media strategies to achieve our goal of 300,000 followers by 2025. Also, serving as the LinkedIn cross-Worldpanel champion, ensuring compliance with guidelines, licenses, and permissions.Mastering the brand guidelines and the use of Loomly, Canvas and DSM8.Supporting the implementation of the new social media architecture, SEO improvements, digital paid campaigns and email marketing efforts.Development and implementation of global campaigns across all channels including social media, website, email marketing and events to drive brand awareness and lead generationManaging the AME website www.kantarworldpanel.com/ame and helping with the region marketing needs.WebinarsWebinar leader cross-Worldpanel to train the teams, build and run webinars with ON24.Critical metric and Marketing automationExternal newsletters and digital campaigns creation / support.Compiling the monthly performance marketing important metrics such as Google Analytics, social media, and media coverage. Evaluating and reporting on campaign performance, using critical metrics and measurements to gauge the efficiency of marketing efforts and improve as needed.Keeping the Pardot database clean and updated.Managing the fortnightly newsletter – gathering content and handling html design.OthersContributing to the different marketing projects within the annual plan.Providing support to the community of marketing experts across the world to help them promote our brand and offer locally. Supporting the countries with their social media and website.Coordinating with internal comms to get relevant news published at The Source, and Our Spark and What Matters Now newsletters.Housekeeping support – billing, PO.Role Requirements & CapabilitiesDegree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or equivalent professional experience.Experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Account Management, ideally within FMCG, related industries, or marketing agencies with relevant clients.Expertise in revenue marketing and digital marketing, including content marketing with a focus on delivering measurable results.Background in completing digital marketing campaigns across regional and local digital channels, including Pardot, LinkedIn, Google, Loomly, Canvas and DSM8.Proficiency in English and Spanish is essential, preferably at a native level. Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.Skills You'll Use Every Day:Approach to strategic marketing, passionate about driving business growth while maintaining a hands-on, practical attitude.Proven ability to collaborate effectively with global, regional, and local collaborators, including commercial leadership.Driven by achieving results, with strong analytical skills to measure the impact of campaigns and optimize strategies for desired outcomes.Skilled in using the entire marketing mix to drive demand, generate revenue, and improve brand value and preference.Capable of excelling in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation; adept at communication, entrepreneurial influence, and delivering results under pressure.Strong problem-solving abilities, using critical thinking, diplomacy, and creativity to overcome challenges and improve communication efficiency.Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to convey marketing insights to both internal teams and external collaborators.Flexibility to combine creative marketing skills with analytical and reporting capabilities.Experience of relationship and contract management with external suppliers is highly desirable.Self-motivated and able to see tasks through to completion.
