We are on the lookout for a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Junior Account Executive. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing, even if you have limited professional experience – we're looking for enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a desire to grow in the integrated marketing field.ACCOUNTABILITIES:Develop a basic understanding of client products, market, and competition, with guidance on branding guidelines.Build and foster relationships with day-to-day clients at both global and local levels.Assist in the execution of multiple projects collaboratively with internal teams, including data, technology, planning, creative, and production.Get hands-on experience managing RRSS, and any exposure to TikTok strategy is a bonus.Participate in receiving and interpreting client briefings, supporting the team in developing project budgets.Contribute to writing and presenting agency briefings and client presentations.Communicate effectively and report priorities to the Account Supervisor.Learn to identify opportunities for project growth with clients.Collaborate with other team members and Account Executives across MWG agencies.Work closely with digital and offline production teams.Familiarize yourself with project management tools.Required Skills:Proficiency in professional English and Spanish.A passion for marketing and a desire to learn.Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and social media.Good written and verbal communication skills.Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.Detail-oriented with an eagerness to learn.Creative thinking and curiosity.Comfortable with basic project management tasks.A quick learner ready to absorb new skills.WHAT WE OFFER:Temporary contractHybrid teleworking modelTraining plans in our extensive training platform.23 working days of vacation, plus 2 long weekends to choose from, plus 3 days at Easter, plus 3 days at Christmas.Your birthday is freeIncorporation into a multinational company with high professional, economic and financial solvency that carries out novel, innovative, and large-scale projects.ABOUT MCCANN WORLDGROUP:McCann Worldgroup, part of the Interpublic Group (NYSE: IPG), is a leading global marketing solutions network with over 20,000 employees united across 100+ countries by a single vision: To help brands earn a meaningful role in people's lives.If you are excited about marketing, ready to dive in and learn, and eager to take your first steps in a collaborative and dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.
