Currently, we are in search of a Business Development Manager.
The Mission:
The Business Development Manager will drive the partner and affiliate channel development efforts and expand reach in the digital marketing sector, targeting insurance, banking, and consumer goods companies (SMEs).
The Role:

Develop and implement effective agreement strategies aimed at corporate companies whose clients are self-employed and SMEs.
Identify and seek new business opportunities in various sectors.
Achieve partner/affiliate agreement objectives and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partner/affiliate companies.
Understand the needs of potential partners and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
Conduct presentations and product/service demonstrations to potential partners.
Develop economic proposals and detailed conditions, and negotiate contract terms with partners.
Ensure proposals align with partner needs and company objectives.
Maintain a proven track record of successful negotiations and deal closures.
Expand the company's presence in international markets (second phase).
Conduct market studies to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
Promote products/services actively and establish key relationships.
Collaborate with the marketing department to leverage potential incoming partners and optimize partner/affiliate generation strategies.
Provide regular reports on business activities, pipeline status, and market insights to the area manager.

What We Need:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
4-5 years of experience in business development or sales, specifically selling software and digital solutions.
Proven track record in sales and strategic agreements.
Strong business acumen and exceptional negotiation skills.
Experience in developing and negotiating economic proposals.
Proven success in similar roles with references.
Experience with G Suite and CRM systems (like Hubspot).
Strong presentation skills, including meetings with high-level executives.
Ability to manage relationships with clients and partners at the executive level.
Focus on closing deals and success in complex, solution-oriented sales.
Ability to operate in dynamic environments and make independent decisions.
Strategic thinker and problem solver.
Efficiency and willingness to deliver results.
Knowledge of news, trends, and regulations in the grants/digital marketing sector (ideal, not exclusive).
