We're hiring: Lead GTM Recruiter (Talent Acquisition – GTM/Sales) Barcelona | Full time - Hybrid (2 days at the office mandatory) At Nuitée, we're not just reimagining travel — we're building the API backbone powering it. With teams across London, Barcelona and Casablanca, and backed by industry leaders from Booking.com, Stripe, and Shopify, we're scaling fast. And that means one thing: we need YOU to help us build a world-class Sales & Go-to-Market organization. The Mission (should you choose to accept it) Own end-to-end hiring for Customer Success, BDMs, SDRs, Marketing, Growth & even Sales Leadership roles Design and run results-driven sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding playbooks at scale Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers (up to COO/C-Level) as a trusted advisor Level up process & tooling: ATS hygiene, dashboards, candidate experience, interview training, best practices Build proactive pipelines & talent communities and act as a strong employer brand ambassador What We're Looking For 8+ years recruiting business/operations roles in high-growth environments Proven track record building hiring strategies and closing critical GTM/sales roles across EMEA Stakeholder management: you influence, advise, and challenge at senior levels Deep sourcing chops: Linked In Recruiter, Cord, communities, creative outreach & mapping Process-oriented: ATS experience (ideally Greenhouse or similar), clean data, compliance & SLAs Languages: Fluent English required; Spanish is a strong plus Familiarity with EMEA right-to-work and hiring practices Why Join Nuitée?
