Estamos buscando un/a **Team Lead Recruiter** para liderar el equipo interno de selección para incorporarse en Consultora de Negocio Internacional.

**Misión**:
**Responsabilidades clave**:

- Gestionar y liderar al equipo interno de recruiters, estableciendo prioridades y objetivos claros.
- Supervisar la interlocución con los clientes, asegurando relaciones positivas y eficientes.
- Manejar conflictos internos y externos relacionados con el proceso de selección.
- Motivar y mentorear al equipo, promoviendo su desarrollo profesional.
- Participar en la toma de decisiones estratégicas para mejorar el rendimiento y la eficiencia del equipo.

**Perfil**:
**Requisitos**:

- Experiência mínima de 5 años en reclutamiento, incluyendo al menos 2 años liderando equipos.
- Habilidades sólidas de comunicación, negociación y resolución de conflictos.
- Capacidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos y gestionar múltiples prioridades.
- Experiência en la implementación de estrategias de reclutamiento innovadoras.
- Nível alto de inglés (valorable).
