The Mission (should you choose to accept it): Hire exceptional tech talent globally: Engineering Managers, Senior Software Engineers, Data Engineers, and more. Design and run results-driven sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding strategies. Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers, up to CEO level. Level up our processes: ATS, dashboards, candidate experience, and best practices. Be a trusted advisor, a pipeline builder, and a brand ambassador. What We're Looking For: 8+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles in high-growth startups. Strong track record building hiring strategy for engineering teams. True partner to senior tech leaders: you influence, advise, and challenge Deep sourcing skills: Linked In, Cord, creative outreach. Process-oriented: ATS experience (ideally Hi Bob), compliant with EU right-to-work. Collaborative, autonomous, and thrive in a scaling environment. Why Join Nuitée?
