The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment for technical roles and the ability to deliver high-quality talent within tight timelines.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment for IT positions, including software engineering, cloud computing, data, and infrastructure.Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, define job descriptions, and align recruitment strategies.Source candidates through diverse channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche tech communities.Conduct structured interviews and technical assessments to ensure skills and cultural fit.Coordinate the offer process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely feedback.Maintain recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, conversion ratios) to ensure efficiency and quality.Leverage technology and automation tools (e.g., AI platforms like Copilot, ChatGPT) to optimize workflows.Ensure compliance with internal processes and data protection regulations throughout the recruitment cycle.Requirements3–5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in fast-paced environments.Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies for technical profiles.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS).Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Fluent in Spanish (mandatory) and English at C1 level. xsgfvud Important: Please note that this is a contract position, hence you will need to be an "Autonomo" in Spain to be considered.
