You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, and you'll play a key role in keeping the company aligned and moving forward.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the CEO's calendar, schedule, travel, and day‐to‐day operationsPrepare briefings, agendas, meeting notes, and follow‐ups for key meetingsPrioritize and gate incoming requests to protect CEO focus timeHelp coordinate company‐wide communications and special projectsHelp manage and co‐ordinate any key events including logisticsMaintain confidentiality and professionalism at all timesOur Ideal Candidate6+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a dynamic, professional and fast‐paced environment.
