As a Senior Systems Engineer at Indra Space, you will lead the engineering lifecycle of mission-critical space systems. You will drive requirements analysis, architecture definition, and verification across cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end satellite solutions. You will operate within a company shaping Europe’s space autonomy through programs like IRIS², Galileo, EGNOS, and Copernicus. This role offers impactful work in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment with global reach.

- Lead technical activities in complex system engineering projects
- Analyse requirements, define system specifications, architecture, and ensure traceability
- Produce high-quality technical documentation
- Manage requirements with DOORS or equivalent tools
- Develop IVQ procedures: test definition, results analysis, and reporting
- Coordinate engineering activities across multidisciplinary internal and external teams
- Develop system models and architectures using MBSE tools (Capella, Enterprise Architect)
- Participate in project phase reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR)
- Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or Telecommunications or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a systems engineer on complex projects
- Experience with SE processes across concept, specification, and design phases
- Familiarity with IVQ discipline: test procedures, verification, and reporting
- Proficiency with requirements management tools (DOORS or similar)
- Experience with MBSE methodologies and tools (Capella, Enterprise Architect)
- Strong ability to design complex systems and produce clear documentation
- Ability to coordinate activities across multiple teams
