In addition, we have a large team of experts and professionals who have an in-depth knowledge of our customers' needs.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?La misión de este puesto será la de liderar, diseñar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales que impulsen el crecimiento del negocio en la zona, asegurando la satisfacción del cliente y el cumplimiento de los objetivos de negocio establecidos.Además, también tendrá la responsabilidad de liderar el equipo comercial y de acceso a mercado garantizando que se respeta la dinámica de trabajo establecida.Las funciones detalladas serán, entre otras:Desarrollar e implementar estrategias comerciales y de market access para productos de tecnologías avanzadas para la gestión de la diabetes.Desarrollar su portfolio de clientes en la zona asignada, buscando incrementar la cifra de negocio, rentabilidad y satisfacción de los clientes de acuerdo con la política de la Dirección de Actividad.Establecer y mantener relaciones estratégicas con actores clave del sector sanitario, como pagadores, profesionales de la salud y organizaciones de pacientes del área asignada.Análisis de mercado: Identificar y transmitir las necesidades/tendencias de mercado de los clientes, para proponer adaptaciones de los servicios o productos Novalab.Implantar la política comercial y marketing (planes de acción) en los clientes de su zona.Gestionar los proyectos que le sean asignados a nivel nacional para el desarrollo y la evolución de la red de ventas y el equipo de market access.Liderar y gestionar el equipo de comerciales así como el equipo de market access de su zona de influencia.Responsable de la Gestión de la actividad comercial (CRM, planes de acción, campañas, etc...).Ofertas a centros hospitalarios, plataformas de compra y otras entidades de su zona de influencia.Negociar las propuestas tecnico/comerciales con los clientes.Preferencia de ubicación: Cataluña; no obstante, se valorarán candidaturas de otras localizaciones.Are you a MATCH?Estudios: Titulación universitaria, preferible en ámbito de la salud.Experiencia: 2-3 años de experiencia en gestión de equipos de ventas en Laboratorios Farmacéuticos, Empresas de Diabetes y/o Equipamiento Médico Hospitalario.Disponibilidad geográfica (desplazamientos habituales).Muy valorable: conocimiento en diabetes.Idiomas: deseable nivel de inglés nivel medio-alto.Our Differences make our PerformanceAt Air Liquide, we are committed to build a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders and cultures across the world.We welcome and consider applications from all qualified applicants, regardless of their background.
