PayRetailers is hiring a Consolidation Accountant. About the role Support consolidation and reporting activities, ensuring accurate and timely data for global closing cycles. Job Requirements 2–4 years of experience in accounting or audit. Strong IFRS knowledge preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Responsibilities Design, update, and ensure the accuracy of consolidation templates used across all entities. Oversee the preparation of complex account reconciliations and review reconciliations completed by other subsidiaries staff. Identify discrepancies or recurring reconciliation issues and drive corrective process improvements. Coordinate with global finance teams to ensure proper recording, matching, and elimination of intercompany transactions. Review intercompany reconciliation results and resolve mismatches before month-end close. Act as the main liaison between the accounting team and external/internal auditors. Oversee and review monthly close packages from subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with group accounting policies and deadlines. Validate key financial statements, balance sheet schedules, and variance explanations.
