As part of Mazars’ strategic move to create a centralized and multi-country delivery Center of Excellence (CoE) to serve clients across Europe, we are hiring Consolidation Accountants to join this strongly growing international team in Barcelona.

Mazars is offering you the opportunity to participate in the acceleration of its development within the Accounting & Outsourcing Services team.

As a Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with the Accounting and Finance Departments on the entire process of closing accounts and drawing up consolidated reports.

**You will be involved in various types of missions**:

- Operational support for business specialists and interim management;
- Support for complex operations and assistance with optimization and reorganization projects;
- You will be responsible for the selection and implementation of consolidation/reporting and disclosure management systems;
- Outsourcing of the production of consolidated financial statements under French and IFRS standards;
- Audit the consolidation process and system.
- You will be required to supervise a team and support them in their development of skills.
- You will also be responsible for the development of a team and for supporting them in their development of skills. As you carry out your assignments within groups of all sizes and in all sectors, and as you receive training, you will develop expertise and skills that will enable you to progress within our structure.

**Your Profile**:

- You are a graduate with a degree in accounting
- You have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a company or in a firm. You will be able to work in a team environment and have a good understanding of the business.
- You are rigorous, methodical, and very adaptable.
- You have a very good knowledge of consolidation techniques, and French and IFRS standards and you are familiar with the production process of consolidated accounts.
- You have in-depth knowledge of leading consolidation software (BFC/Magnitude, HFM) and a good command of English.
- You are a team player, have good interpersonal skills, and are able to handle several assignments at once.
