Job Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in accounting or audit.
  • Strong IFRS knowledge preferred.

  • Intermediate English.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Job Responsibilities

•  Design, update, and ensure the accuracy of consolidation templates used across all entities.


•  Oversee the preparation of complex account reconciliations and review reconciliations completed by other subsidiaries staff.


•  Ensure timely completion and compliance with corporate accounting policies.


•  Identify discrepancies or recurring reconciliation issues and drive corrective process improvements.


•  Coordinate with global finance teams to ensure proper recording, matching, and elimination of intercompany transactions.


•  Review intercompany reconciliation results and resolve mismatches before month-end close.


•  Lead variance analysis of intercompany balances and ensure explanations are complete and data-driven.


•  Propose enhancements to intercompany workflows to reduce errors and improve transparency.


•  Act as the main liaison between the accounting team and external/internal auditors.


•  Review audit schedules prepared by staff for accuracy and completeness before submission.


•  Ensure all audit documentation is delivered on time and maintain a centralized repository for audit evidence.


•  Address auditor queries efficiently and coordinate cross-functional responses when needed.


•  Oversee and review monthly close packages from subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with group accounting policies and deadlines. 


•  Validate key financial statements, balance sheet schedules, and variance explanations.


•  Provide feedback to local finance teams and escalate significant issues to management.


•  Supervise the maintenance of reporting databases, ensuring data integrity for consolidation and management reporting.


•  Oversee periodic updates to recurring schedules, templates, and reporting tools.
