OverviewPartnership Development Manager Poland Market role at Factorial . Factorial is looking for a new member to join our Emerging Markets Partners team and help us boost the company by opening the Poland Market (Partner-only GTM approach). This team is just getting started, offering huge opportunities to own both the strategy and execution of the market, define processes, and strengthen the emerging markets business unit. We value developing our talent, spreading our company culture and sharing our views on how Human Resources can make a difference for organizations all over the world.The RoleOwning strategy & execution for the market.Search for new potential partners and execute the full sales cycle with potential Polish partners to join our partners program.Collaborate with partners to generate and progress sales opportunities, manage inbound lead routing, and co-sell through joint discovery, demos, and negotiations; focus on pipeline growth, accurate revenue forecasting, and achieving annual quotas through both partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals.Drive growth by recruiting, onboarding, and enabling new partners in target markets; strengthen engagement through training, relationship management, and joint business planning; monitor performance and coordinate co-marketing initiatives to boost partner-led demand generation.Identify and build strong relationships with potential partners that align strategically with us in the HR space (our partners sell, implement and support Factorial).Be the key point of contact of several of our partners.Gather feedback from our partners and their clients on a regular basis to identify pains and opportunities to further develop our partnership channel.Collaborate daily with internal teams, from SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience and Senior Leadership.Your ProfileHunter mentality, hungry, persistent and ready to hustle.Have 3-4 years experience in Sales/B2B at a SaaS-based company or digital-transformation environments.You are a good communicator and you empathize quickly with people.You are proactive and you like to put forward new ideas.Polish expert speaker and fluent in English.Bonus PointsYou have been part of the construction of a Business Unit/team from scratch.Experience with partnership or channel sales.You have knowledge/experience in Human Resources/Software/Payroll.Experience in full cycle Sales B2B.Experience dealing with SMBs.Perks of being part of our teamHigh growth, multicultural and friendly environmentSave expenses with Cobee and get your salary in advance with PayflowHealthy life with Gympass and Alan as private health insuranceLanguage classes with Yolk AcademySyra discounts, Nora & Apeteat lunchBreakfast in the office, organic fruit and free caffeineFlexible schedules, pet friendly and no dress codeCompensationStructured Career Paths & Salary : From 35,000 to 50,000 OTEs (70% fixed + 30% uncapped variable).Is this you?
