With our exceptional products and world-class reputation, this is an opportunity you won't want to miss Ideal location is in the United Kingdom.Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential customers and real estate developers, in a start-up environment.Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and capture a larger market share for assigned territoryCollaborate with cross-functional teams to determine customer needs and provide flawless solutionsSuccessfully implement sales plans and meet or exceed sales targetsConduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trendsBuild and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent revenue growthProvide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfactionDevelop and deliver sales proposals to key stakeholders involved in decision-making processes.Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry developmentsAlign and adhere to sales processes and guidelinesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree or greater in the Life Science Business, Marketing or a related field with equivalent experienceProven track record of success in a sales rolePrevious experience and awareness of science startup business environments and Bio-incubatorsAmbitious and self-motivated with a strong desire to compete and excelExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clientsAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsStrong problem-solving and negotiation skillsBackground in drafting customer agreements or partnership contractsHighly organized with exceptional attention to detailProficient in using CRM software and other sales toolsAt Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., we pride ourselves on fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
