En SMS Europa estamos en la búsqueda de Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Responsabilidades del puesto:
-Responsable de nutrir de nuevas oportunidades al equipo comercial.
-Actuar como primer punto de contacto entre SMS Europa y los potenciales clientes.
-Realizar investigaciones de mercado para detectar potenciales clientes (Startups, Pymes y grandes empresas)
-Identificar y calificar oportunidades de ventas dentro del ámbito de servicios y soluciones de la compañía.
-Contactar y desarrollar relaciones con potenciales clientes a través de correo electrónico, llamadas telefónicas y redes sociales.
-Trabajar estrechamente con el equipo de marketing para optimizar estrategias de generaciones de leads.
-Coordinar reuniones entre leads calificados y el equipo de ventas.
-Comprender y analizar el PIC (Perfil Ideal de Cliente) y Buyer.
-Ofrecer respuesta y calificaciones de las consultas recibidas por diferentes medios.
-Mantener actualizada la información de los Leads en el CRM
-Reportar el estado de las oportunidades de ventas y analizar el rendimiento de las campañas de prospección.
Que buscamos?
-Graduado o estudiante universitario en Administraciones de empresas, Marketing, Sistemas, venta de tecnologías o afines.
-Experiencia de 2/3 años en roles de SDR, ventas o desarrollo de negocio (preferentemente sector TI o software)
-Experiencia previa en el uso de herramientas de CRM (Hubspot), Apolo, CRM, Linkedin, Klenty, etc.
-Familiaridad con metodologías de ventas B2B.
-Experiencia en el ciclo de ventas de productos y servicios tecnológicos. (no excluyente)
-Conocimiento básico deseable en soluciones cloud, desarrollo de software, gobierno de datos, automatización o servicios TI.

-Capacidad de identificar y abordar desafíos, optimizando procesos y mejorando la experiencia del cliente
-Trabajo en equipo enfocado en la colaboración entre el área de Marketing y ventas
-Proactividad y orientación a resultados.
-Ingles intermedio
- Habilidad para interpretar métricas de ventas y proponer mejoras
