Desde Morgan Philips Exectuve Search, ayudamos a nuestro cliente, Compañía multinacional líder del sector gran consumo con la búsqueda de un Omnichannel Shopper Experience para sus oficinas de Madrid.
**Sus principales responsabilidades serán**:
Crear una estrategia de venta al por menor y asegurar que las plataformas en línea y las tiendas físicas estén preparadas para ejecutarla.
Apoyar la planificación anual de cuentas clave en línea con las prioridades locales & calendario de activación.
Mejorar la experiência de usuario en todos los canales de venta para la mayoría de los socios minoristas estratégicos.
Presentación de los planes comerciales para optimizar la experiência del cliente.
Liderar la efectividad de las promociones (ROI) en todos los canales de acuerdo con el líder comercial.
Análisis de datos internos/externos en acciones comerciales para la búsqueda de mejoras.
**Perfil requerido**:
Título universitario, preferiblemente en Administración de Empresas o Marketing.
Entre tres y cinco años de experiência en marketing digital, ventas online, gestión de promociones, gestión de clientes.
Mínimo HBO (o equivalente local) en marketing o ventas
Dominio del inglés (C1), se valorarán otros idiomas.
Destacables habilidades de comunicación.
Capacidad analítica, buen manejo de presupuestos.
Perfil proactivo, entusiasta.
**Lugar de residencia**: Madrid.
