Descripción:
Buscamos para incorporar en nuestras oficinas centrales en Málaga un/a CRM Administrator desempeñando las siguientes funciones principales:

Gestionar el CRM de la organización
Planificar y ofrecer estrategias de CRM, fomentando la retención y la fidelidad de los clientes
Customer Journey Mapping analizando puntos de contacto y maximizando oportunidades comerciales
Monitorizar y maximizar las estrategias de valor de vida del cliente asegurando la máxima rentabilidad
Garantizar que la base de datos esté segmentada de forma eficaz para actividades de marketing específicas

Requisitos:

Titulación/Formación preferente: Publicidad, Marketing o similares.
Más de 3 años de experiencia en gestión de comunicaciones tanto para clientes como internas.
Habilidad de redacción para comunicarse con socios internos o incluso para escribir manuales de capacitación técnica para usuarios finales.
Conocimiento en temas técnicos de CRM (HTML, CSS y segmentación).
Atención al detalle, para gestionar la integridad de los datos de CRM.
Valorable conocimientos de programas Adobe (Illustrator y Photoshop).
Capacidad para trabajar bien en un entorno colaborativo rápido.
Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas.
