Buscamos una persona para coordinar a los equipos y hacer seguimiento del negocio en la zona norte: País Vasco, Navarra, La Rioja y Cantabria en la División de Industria dedicada a la Inspección reglamentaria, concretamente en la unidad de negocio de Elevación.Se encargará de las siguientes funciones:Desarrollo de negocio y fidelización del cliente de la zona de referencia.Gestión y seguimiento de los pedidos del cliente.Hacer seguimiento de la planificación y carga de trabajo de los técnicos.Control y seguimiento de la producción y cumplimiento de presupuesto de la zona.Coordinación y seguimiento de vacaciones, ausencias, bajas.Control de gastos de zona de responsabilidad.Seguimiento de la calidad de los trabajos realizados y de acciones correctivas en caso de no conformidad.Realización de inspecciones.Atención a las nuevas incorporaciones (participación en procesos de selección, proceso de onboarding y formación y acreditación de los técnicos).Requisitos:Titulación universitaria en ingeniería técnica.Imprescindible experiencia en gestión de equipos de más de 3 años.Imprescindible experiencia como técnico de mantenimiento o inspector/a reglamentario/a en ascensores de más de 5 años.Permiso de conducir y vehículo propio (al menos durante el periodo de formación).Disponibilidad para viajar.Sentido de la responsabilidad, seriedad y alta motivación para el trabajo.
