Experteer Overview
In this role, you will support Iberia’s HR operations across Spain and Portugal, partnering with managers and colleagues to deliver a smooth employee experience. You’ll work on a wide range of HR topics within a regional Europe context, influencing local processes while aligning with regional HR initiatives. The position offers exposure to diverse HR areas and a hands-on, collaborative environment. You will help shape HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement in Iberia.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
Coordinate day-to-day HR operations across Spain and Portugal, ensuring compliance with labor law, policies, and procedures
Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities, including candidate communication and interview scheduling
Prepare employment documentation and manage employee lifecycle changes
Maintain accurate employee records and HR data in compliance with legal requirements
Serve as a trusted contact for managers and employees on HR policies and employment matters
Coordinate employee relations matters and escalate complex cases with the HR Manager
Coordinate compensation, benefits administration, and payroll-related coordination with external partners
Coordinate training and development activities and maintain training records
Prepare HR reports, KPIs, and HR-related documentation
Participate in performance management, salary reviews, and talent processes
Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Support employer branding and employee experience initiatives across Iberia
Collaborate with HR colleagues across Europe on regional HR initiatives Responsabilidades
3+ years of experience in a generalist HR role or similar
Experience supporting multiple HR processes across the employee lifecycle
Good knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation
Motivated to deliver high-quality HR support and continuously improve processes
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proactive, well-structured, and detail-oriented
Comfortable handling confidential information
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while building relationships with stakeholders
Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus Requisitos principales
