As a Senior Fullstack Developer at Roche Diagnostics Solutions, you will own the full software lifecycle—from feasibility and architecture to implementation and testing. You will build robust, high-performance applications within a dynamic, cross-functional team in Spain, applying AI-assisted approaches to streamline development. Your work will accelerate diagnostics, support precision medicine, and contribute to Roche’s vision of accessible, personalized healthcare. This role offers a meaningful chance to shape impactful software that touches patient care at scale.
Responsabilidades- Lead the full software development lifecycle from feasibility to maintenance
- Translate complex requirements into clear unit and subsystem specs
- Design and implement high-quality code with comprehensive test coverage
- Collaborate in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban) to plan and execute work
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure performance, design, and usability
- Navigate ambiguity with AI-assisted tooling to optimize coding, testing, and debugging
- 7+ years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency in C#, WPF, and .NET 8.0
- Strong SQL Server experience with database design and ORM like Entity Framework
- Experience with Git/GitHub and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Familiarity with AI-supporting tools and building environments
- University degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
