Los expertos de GFT crean e implementan aplicaciones de software escalables que hacen que el acceso a modelos de negocio innovadores sea seguro y sencillo.¿Qué estamos buscando?Buscamos un/a Business Development Director con amplia experiencia en venta de servicios de consultoría IT. Tu principal objetivo será contribuir a hacer crecer nuevas áreas de negocio en GFT, siempre en función de tu especialidad pero focalizando en concreto en alguna de las siguientes áreas: sector farmacéutico, automoción, manufacturing y/o salud. Gestionarás el “end to end” del proceso de venta con el propósito además de posicionar a GFT como partner estratégico en nuestros nuevos clientes.Tus principales responsabilidades serán:Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio para GFT, entender los requerimientos de los clientes y definir una propuesta de valor.Definir y desarrollar estrategias de ventas alineadas con el departamento comercial para atraer a clientes potenciales.Liderar el “end to end” del proceso de venta gestionando el BID Team de forma efectiva con el fin de adaptar la propuesta a los requerimientos del cliente.Gestionar la P&L para asegurar que todas las decisiones tomadas están alineadas con los requerimientos del área comercial.Asumir la responsabilidad directa en la rentabilidad de las nuevas cuentas.Influir en los interlocutores de los clientes, dirigir las reuniones de ventas y gestionar sus expectativas para desarrollar relaciones a largo plazo para el beneficio del negocio.Identificar cuáles son los partners clave para el negocio con los cuales se puede establecer una alianza para generar oportunidades, aportar recursos y reducir riesgos con el fin de potenciar el modelo de negocio.Crear una red interna de relaciones en GFT, fomentando la colaboración y aprovechando las Best Practices con el objetivo de generar sinergias entre los diferentes equipos.Conjuntamente con el departamento de Marketing y los SMEs idear acciones de comunicación (eventos, webinars, acciones social media,…) para la generación de leads.Requisitos deseados:Experiencia probada en la venta de soluciones IT a medida y productos, abriendo nuevos clientes y fidelizando los ya existentes.Capacidad para entender los diferentes requerimientos técnicos y especialmente de las tecnologías exponenciales como AI, Blockchain y DLT, Cloud y Análisis de datos.Alta orientación a resultados y consecución de los objetivos de ventas marcados.Competencias personales:Habilidades de persuasión, influencia y resolución de problemas.Nivel alto de resiliencia ante situaciones adversas y difíciles.Buenas habilidades de comunicación y capaz de realizar presentaciones a interlocutores de alto nivel.En GFT consideramos que la diversidad es uno de nuestros pilares fundamentales y promovemos un entorno de trabajo inclusivo basado en la cooperación y el respeto mutuo.
