As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Silae Spain, you will play a key role in building our new business outbound engine from the ground up. Your mission is to generate qualified pipeline through high-volume outbound prospecting, identify and qualify the right opportunities, and convert them into SQLs for the Account Executive team, contributing directly to Silae Spain’s commercial acceleration. Responsibilities Prospect, identify, and qualify new outbound opportunities through structured and repeatable outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn). Execute high-volume outbound activity with discipline and consistency to build a predictable pipeline. Qualify prospects against defined criteria and generate high-quality SQLs. Book qualified discovery meetings and ensure clean, structured handoffs of qualified opportunities (SQLs) to Account Executives. Maintain accurate activity and lead data in Salesforce, ensuring full pipeline visibility. Track and manage performance against core SDR metrics (activity volume, conversion rates, SQLs, pipeline contribution). Qualifications Outbound Sales Experience: 1–2 years as an SDR, BDR, or in an outbound sales role within a B2B SaaS or tech environment. Hunter Mentality: Proven ability to execute cold outreach at scale with resilience, discipline, and strong ownership. Prospecting Skills: Solid understanding of B2B outbound prospecting best practices (ICP awareness, sequencing, objection handling). Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, comfortable owning phone‑based prospecting and discovery conversations. Data‑Driven Mindset: Familiarity with core SDR KPIs such as activity volume, SQLs, conversion rates, and pipeline generation. CRM Experience: Comfortable working with CRM tools; experience with Salesforce strongly preferred. Language: Native‑level Spanish required; English working proficiency a plus.
