We are looking for a Commercial Specialist, South EuropeAt Paulig, we believe every meal counts. As an international player in the food and beverage industry and as a house of iconic brands, we can make an impact that counts – and careers that matter.We are now looking for a Commercial Specialist to join our international team supporting Customer Brands retail business in South Europe. You will be based in Berga or San Cugat del Vallés in Barcelona region, Spain and report to Head of Commercial Specialists.Are you a customer-focused individual with experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)? Do you have strong account management skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers? Are you a real team player? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for youWhat you will doRespond to customer requests e.g. questions & complaintsGather customer feedback and satisfaction to exceed expectationsReport on customer turnover to themManage promotions and inventoryCoordinate shipment of samplesComplete logistics and quality documentsCoordinate projects for product changesCommunicate with different stakeholdersActively participate in one-to-one and team meetingsWhat we expect from youStrong written and verbal communication in Spanish and English to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders3+ years of experience in customer or sales support roles in FMCGAbility to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, external partners and foster a positive working environmentStructured approach and a drive to improveBachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent knowledge based on working experienceProficiency with common office software and CRM toolsAbility to travel 3-4 times per yearAt Paulig, we value every person as an individual and a professional and expect the same from you.
