Technical Account Manager (TAM) Buscamos un Technical Account Manager (TAM) responsable de apoyar las operaciones técnicas de las aplicaciones y garantizar una comunicación eficaz entre los equipos internos y los stakeholders externos. El rol incluye la realización de actividades estándar de TAM, el monitoreo de la salud del sistema y la asistencia en la gestión de incidentes y cambios para mantener la calidad del servicio y la eficiencia operativa. Responsabilidades clave Actuar como punto de contacto para las comunicaciones internas y externas. Realizar las actividades estándar de Gestión de Cuenta Técnica (TAM). Gestionar incidentes, problemas, cambios y solicitudes de servicio de acuerdo con los requisitos del cliente. Realizar verificaciones de salud del sistema para asegurar la estabilidad y el rendimiento. Asegurar que los entregables cumplan con los estándares de calidad establecidos. Proporcionar soporte para las actividades de TAM relacionadas con VDI, SAP, programación y mantenimiento de trabajos por lotes, y aplicaciones no SAP. Desarrollar y mantener manuales operativos estandarizados para apoyar la consistencia operativa. Requisitos de experiencia y habilidades De 2 a 5 años de experiencia en operaciones técnicas de aplicaciones. Conocimiento de interfaces y integración de sistemas. Dominio de las actividades de TAM y los procesos relacionados. Fuertes habilidades de comunicación, presentación, informes y organización. Capacidad para resolver problemas y manejar conflictos de manera efectiva. Capacidades de liderazgo en entornos colaborativos. Habilidades de automatización (ventajoso). Habilidades técnicas Experiencia con servidores web: IIS, Tomcat y Apache. Conocimiento de tecnologías de contenedores: Docker (deseable, no obligatorio). Comprensión básica de sistemas operativos: Windows y Unix. Capacidad para realizar operaciones básicas con bases de datos: SQL y MariaDB (deseable, no obligatorio). Idiomas Inglés: Nivel mínimo B2. Francés: Nivel básico (deseable, no obligatorio). Condiciones del puesto Horario: Lunes a viernes, de 7:00 a 19:00 (turnos de 07:00-15:00 / 08:00-17:00 / 10:00-19:00). 3 días a la semana en Madrid y/o Málaga. #J-18808-Ljbffr
