Direct message the job poster from Pharma New Talent Pharma New Talent is managing the search for a talented and motivated R&D Researcher specializing in Analytical Methods for Human Health. This role involves working in a cutting-edge R&D department dedicated to characterizing biopharmaceutical drug substances (DS) and drug products (DP), contributing to innovative and high-quality solutions in the health sector. Responsibilities Development and validation of physico-chemical analytical methods to determine analytes in DS and DP samples, including their use in stability studies. Collaboration with internal development teams and external partners, such as CROs. Authoring and reviewing technical reports that meet regulatory guidelines and expectations. Displaying effective organization, verbal and written communication skills, and adhering to good documentation practices. Qualifications Ph.D. in Life Sciences (e.g: Molecular Biology, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry...) with 2+ years of experience. Industry experience is highly valued. Experience with physico-chemical analytical methods to measure quality attributes from proteins (mandatory). Experience in Analytical Quality by Design (QbD) is a plus. Ability to independently execute experimental protocols and interpret data. Strong ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary group and with external partners. Good communication skills, with the ability to perform verbal and written scientific data presentations.
