Ecommerce Manager

We are looking for an E-commerce manager with deep understanding of CRM to join our team at Camiral Golf & Wellness.

Based in offices close to Girona with great views overlooking the #1 Golf Course in Spain, Camiral Golf & Wellness offers a wealth of opportunities: a world-class golf venue, a contemporary 5-star hotel, a boutique hotel and a world-leading luxury real estate development.

Reporting to the Marketing director, the E-commerce manager will oversee and manage the ecommerce department of the company. He will handle decision-making for the website, social media accounts, and online advertising and will be responsible for research and development of new online marketing strategies.

Main responsibilities and duties
- Development and implementation of the e-commerce strategy with marketing and revenue departments
- Sales optimization and pricing strategy
- Utilize CRM program to ensure data is leveraged to manage the user journey
- Supervision of the web development and design
- Online content management
- Ongoing web maintenance and troubleshooting
- Web traffic

**Skills**:
Mandatory
- 5-6 years’ experience in a similar role
- CRM knowledge
- Passionate about UX
- Proficiency of English and Spanish (spoken / written)

- Hotel or real estate experience will be a plus
