My client is looking for an experienced Head of Business Development & Sales to define and execute their commercial strategy across all products and services. Asegúrese de que su CV está actualizado y de que ha leído primero las especificaciones del puesto.Actively manage and optimize the company CRM, leveraging automation tools to engage new and existing customers.Analyze sales data, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to inform revenue strategy and maintain competitive advantage.Lead negotiations for contracts, partnerships, and commercial agreements; Collaborate closely with legal teams to review and negotiate contracts while minimizing commercial risk.Build, lead, mentor, and scale the Business Development and Sales team in alignment with company objectives.Define account management strategies, team objectives, performance metrics, and incentive structures.Take full ownership of CRM processes and pipeline governance across the team.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase visibility and develop strategic relationships.Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles,Experience in the space-tech industryDemonstrated success in strategic planning, market analysis, and leading sales teams with measurable revenue growth.Sales, business development, or CRM certifications (e.g. HubSpot ) are a strong plus. xcskxlj Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market trends, sales data, and financial metrics.Fluency in English and Spanish is required
