Te enviremos nuestras ofertas de empleo, todas las semanas.Sobre la posiciónLa persona seleccionada se sumará a un equipo creativo y técnico para contribuir en el desarrollo de open worlds realistas y envolventes. Se trabajará directamente con el art director y el game designer para dar forma al universo del juego, teniendo gran libertad creativa y responsabilidad en el resultado visual final. El puesto requiere sensibilidad para la naturaleza, los biomas, los paisajes, la composición y la iluminación, buscando siempre crear entornos lógicos y llenos de vida.Requisitos mínimosExperiencia de al menos 4 años creando entornos realistas en videojuegos, valorándose haber participado en proyectos publicados.Alto nivel en composición, iluminación y storytelling visual.Manejo profesional de Unreal Engine, Maya, Blender o herramientas equivalentes.Experiencia colaborativa en equipos multidisciplinares y capacidad de aportar ideas y recibir feedback.Pasión por los mundos inmersivos llenos de detalles y riqueza visual.BeneficiosSalario competitivo acorde a experiencia y mercado.5 semanas de vacaciones pagadas; filosofía de work-life balance.Oficina céntrica en Barcelona con terraza, gimnasio y comunidad vibrante; soporte para relocalización si es necesario.Seguro médico privado gratis, 100€ mensuales en comidas y transporte, y fondo anual para formación profesional.Ambiente de equipo motivador, eventos periódicos y actividades sociales.Cómo aplicarPara postular, envía tu portfolio, CV y carta de presentación en inglés.
