At Bespoke Pixel, we're all about creating something extraordinary. THE ROLE & YOUR IMPACT

We're looking for a talented and experienced Environment Artist to join our crew This role is about crafting beautiful, immersive, and realistic open-worlds where every hill and shadow tells a story.

You'll have significant ownership and creative freedom, working closely with our art director and game designer to bring our vision to life. If you have an eye for nature, biomes, vast and varied landscapes, composition, lighting, and creating worlds that feel both alive and logical, you might be the person we're looking for.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Build, dress, and polish a stunning open-world that feels alive and real, and is filled with both beauty and challenges.

Work collaboratively with our art director, game designers, and the level design and tech teams to define and maintain visual consistency across the world.

Use your strong artistic sense to guide the player's eye and shape unforgettable visual vistas.

Drive creative problem-solving and help define the art pipeline, bringing your own new ideas to the table.

Create entire biomes, as well as human-made structures such as roads, railways, and tailor-made locations.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You need 4+ years of experience building realistic-looking open-world environments in games. Bonus points if you've shipped a title

A strong eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.

Proficiency with industry-standard tools (e.g., Unreal Engine, Maya, Blender).

Experience in an intensely collaborative environment, with a willingness to take on new ideas and provide constructive feedback.

A love for immersive worlds and all the little details that make them feel real and intriguing.
