Buscamos un/a Head of Events dinámico/a y experimentado/a para liderar la planificación, organización y ejecución impecable de eventos para nuestros clientes. Serás clave en la entrega de experiencias memorables y alineadas con los objetivos de comunicación y relaciones públicas de las marcas.

Gestión Integral de Proyectos de Eventos: Liderar el ciclo completo de los eventos asignados, desde la conceptualización creativa y elaboración de propuestas hasta la ejecución, montaje, desmontaje y evaluación post-evento.
Planificación y Coordinación: Desarrollar planes de trabajo, cronogramas y presupuestos detallados, coordinando todos los recursos internos y externos (proveedores, venues, talento, equipos técnicos, etc.) para asegurar la entrega en tiempo y forma.
Relación con Clientes y Proveedores: Actuar como el principal punto de contacto con el cliente para cada proyecto, gestionando expectativas y asegurando su satisfacción. Negociar y gestionar contratos con proveedores, garantizando calidad y eficiencia.
Supervisión Operativa: Supervisar activamente todas las fases de producción y ejecución in situ, resolviendo incidencias y asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y seguridad.
Control Presupuestario: Gestionar los presupuestos de cada evento, asegurando la rentabilidad y un control estricto de costes.
Innovación y Calidad: Proponer ideas creativas y soluciones innovadoras, y realizar análisis post-evento para identificar oportunidades de mejora continua.

Mínimo 5-7 años de experiencia demostrable en gestión y producción de eventos, preferiblemente en agencia de comunicación, RRPP o eventos.
Imprescindible portafolio de eventos exitosos (corporativos, de marca, lanzamientos de producto, experienciales, congresos).
Dominio de herramientas de gestión de proyectos y habilidades avanzadas en gestión presupuestaria.
Nivel alto de inglés (hablado y escrito)
Excelentes dotes de organización, atención al detalle, comunicación efectiva, resolución de problemas y orientación a resultados.
