Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a similar field
- 4 years’ experience in marketing, marketing communications, events, digital marketing, product marketing roles
- Proficiency in Excel and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

**Position Summary**:
Amazon Business is looking for an experienced Marketing project Manager based in Madrid or UK to own Amazon’s B2B customer engagement for EU5 (DE, UK, FR, IT, ES) for seasonal events and ongoing deals. You will be part of the Amazon Business EU SSR Engagement team responsible for driving site traffic and conversion to purchase by developing customer focused strategies around seasonal and category focused deals and events.

Key job responsibilities
- Responsible for the GTM plan and execution of B2B deals events in EU5.
- Work closely with Retail partner teams to ensure sourcing of business relevant selection to offer meaningful deals for b2b customers.
- Work closely with central teams to share regional learnings and optimize performance based on global best practices.
- Drive merchandising experiments and work with product owners to optimize CX around deals and events.
- Optimize CX, merchandising and marketing to drive discoverability of always on deals, work with Retail partners to improve relevance and value of the deals offering for business customers.
- Align with the Gateway and Brand strategy Marketing Manager on campaigns to be displayed during events and brands visibility
- Define key success metrics, set the mechanisms for activity reports, report and present key business results to Amazon Business leadership
