We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Marketing & Project Manager to join our team at Duvel Moortgat España, the Spanish branch of the renowned Belgian beer company. As the Marketing & Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving brand growth and executing various marketing initiatives. This position is based in Madrid, Spain.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support and follow-up the sales team in negotiations of deals with customers.
- Serve as the CRM owner, ensuring proper usage and providing guidance to the sales team.
- Analyze CRM data and generate insights to improve business operations.
- Act as a project manager for various opportunities, such as logistics improvements, IT initiatives, and business operations.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and report on marketing activities and results.

Your ingredients:

- 0-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCG.
- A well-rounded and project-oriented person with focus on marketing.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.
- Organized, initiative taker, result-minded, and a team player with an entrepreneurial spirit not afraid to present new and constructive ideas.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Master's degree in Business Management or Marketing.
- Proficient in software tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe and PowerBI.
- Located in Madrid, Spain.
