If so, this could be the exciting opportunity you've been waiting forOur international client, who are leaders in the world of leading technology, are searching for an excellent Customer Support Representative for their UK markets. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, able to multitask, proactive, have good computer skills, and be open to learning new processes. This job also demands flexibility, reliability, the ability to prioritize, and the skills to interact with people at all levels and in a team environment.Responsibilities/TasksThe position of Customer Support is a sales and support position within a technical environment handling sales and general technical issues.Develop and maintain close relationships with resellersDevelop technical knowledge and understanding of the audiovisual marketWork closely with (field) management and sales teamProvide excellent customer serviceSupport all company productsIssue and follow up on quotationsHandle customer requestsEnsure database accuracyParticipate in lunches and/or dinners with customersAssist in resolving minor client issuesUtilize marketing tools such as website, catalog, and price guideKnow sales policies and procedures and reseller pricing levelsRequirements2 years of experience in a B2B customer service department for UK MarketsMust be a UK national or previously lived and worked in the UK.Fluent (native-level) English proficiency is essential, with a strong focus on UK spelling, grammar, and cultural nuances.The ideal candidate should have an excellent command of written and spoken UK English, with the ability to adapt communication styles to suit a professional audience.Technically literate or have an affinity with technical productsInitiative, adaptability, representative and professional attitudeStrong attention to detail, highly organized, computer literateAbility to prioritize tasks and requestsAbility to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment
