Satlantis is recruiting a Ground Segment Software Engineer in Bilbao, Spain.
Contract: full time.
Degree level: Degree in computer engineering or science.
Language: English.
Work experience: 2-3 years.
The role covers develop and operate the ground-segment software that links satellites to Earth: Python and C/C++ services on Linux, containerised with Docker and Kubernetes, ETL and data pipelines, SQL/NoSQL databases, Bash automation and AWS-type cloud infrastructure, across the full lifecycle from development to operations.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Engineering/Science or related
- around two to three years of Python and/or C/C++
- Linux proficiency
- Docker/Kubernetes and cloud experience
- familiarity with ETL and databases
- and an ownership mindset
