In this role, you are responsible for creating an unemotional base forecast for the local markets, which will be used throughout the full planning processes – by SC ánd Commercial Planning – to improve customer satisfaction, drive profitability, and a lean E2E SC. You will establish Predictive Analytics and system generated forecasts that you will analyse through adding additional internal and external data to derive the most accurate forecast possible. You will work with regional cross-functional stakeholders to know the trends and strategy inside out to elevate the ‘unemotional’ demand signal. You work closely with the local demand planners and the global CoE teams to continuously improve the demand signal and our ways‑of‑working. You will inspire through your insights, communication & analytical mindset and act as a strategic thought partner to the local teams and senior stakeholders ABOUT YOU You have experience in analytics, forecasting, business partnering, supply chain, and have experience with data collection and analysis tools, knowing how to uncover opportunities to improve the supply chain. You will also be excellent relationship builder with good interpersonal skills and an excellent level of English RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE Demand Analyst Provide the markets reliable ‘unemotional’ and ‘unpolitical’ baseline; focused on the full horizon of 0‑24 months at monthly level buckets, including guidance and support to markets on ‘where to focus to make a difference’ Evaluate and adjust the parameters of the system generation of forecasts (i.e. multilevel disaggregation and predictive analytics model ownership) Drive ‘no or low touch forecasting’ by setting the right parameters for exception based planning; ensuring the system ‘alerts’ are set up correctly Drive for execution, review forecast from a higher level and build the full picture. Ensuring a balanced and honest volume outlook for the region Continuous improvement of the demand planning process, challenge the status quo and drive new initiatives Work with global CoE on strategic forecast improvement projects and system enhancement opportunities Alignment with market DPs through dedicated forums ensuring a two‑way stream of insights Lead and own the ‘setting the base for Long‑term planning’ process for the region; aligning with regional brand marketing, strategy and finance Participate in S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning); supporting the CoE in preparation for monthly performance rhythm by providing impactful and clear insights in demand drivers for the region SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY Analytical Thinking Ability to interpret complex data sets Take the right decision based on facts and figures Demand Forecasting Expertise Proficiency in forecasting techniques and tools (e.g., time series, regression) Experience using demand planning software (SAP BI, HANA etc.) Business Acumen Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles Understanding of sales, marketing, and finance drivers that impact demand Strategic insight Build the full picture, especially in a complex environment Think outside the box and drive for change Create E2E transparency for strategic decisions Cross‑functional collaboration (with sales, marketing, finance, supply chain) Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus Problem‑Solving & Adaptability Quick decision‑making in dynamic environments Flexibility to adjust forecasts based on new inputs or disruptions Technical Proficiency Advanced Excel skills Experience with ERP systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) Advanced understanding of predictive analytical models Fluent English a pre‑requisite PERSONAL QUALITIES – SHARE OUR FOUNDER’S PASSION AND ENTREPRENEURIAL FLAIR A clear communicator, able to deliver findings in an engaging, fresh and impactful manner, cutting through the complex to tell a simple, compelling narrative Charismatic and persuasive business partner with gravitas to engage with high‑level managers internally and externally A creative, strategic and integrated thinker Passion for & confidence with deconstructing and reframing complex questions and an analytic ability to distil disparate datasets into clear & meaningful recommendations You are open to feedback and are transparent and honest You are ambitious and eager to drive results A team player, who thrives on working collaboratively, inspiring others and bringing out the best in others leadership agility At Bacardi we care deeply about finding brilliant talent who can bring the following personal attributes to help elevate our 3Fs: Fearless, Family, Founder culture to the next level.
