Demand Analyst, Europe CoE – BacardiDirect Search led by Bacardi – applications from agencies and unsolicited CVs will not be accepted or paid for.OverviewAs the Demand Analyst for the Europe CoE, you will create an unemotional base forecast that informs supply chain and commercial planning, improves customer satisfaction, and supports lean end‑to‑end supply chains.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide reliable ‘unemotional’ and ‘unpolitical’ baselines for 0–24‑month horizons at monthly buckets, offering guidance to markets on impactful focus areas.Evaluate and adjust system forecast parameters (multilevel disaggregation, predictive models).
