**Demand Planning Forecast Analyst (Temporary)**

**About the Role**:
We're looking for a Demand Planning Forecast Analyst to join the team during 7 months to cover a maternity leave.

The role will concentrate on monitoring, developing and implementing analytical solutions to support the statistical forecasting process and involve collaboration with the business demand planners to improve the forecast accuracy.

**What You Will Do**:

- Responsible for monitoring business and region total forecast performance
- Review forecast by exception
- Execute the continuous improvement tasks and assess impacts
- Validate statistical methodology outputs
- Support decision making by providing analysis and metrics, using them to identify trends and find root causes of forecast inaccuracy
- Visualizing/presenting data for stakeholders
- Lead coaching sessions and support business demand planners on activity prioritization
- Monitor the impact of the business inputs in the statistical forecast process
- Support the Business Unit Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) demand review meetings

**Who you Are**:

- Degree level education is required
- 2-3 years experience in demand forecasting with knowledge of statistical forecasting techniques and delivery
- Expert in Office tools. Knowledge in Planning tools such as SAP APO/IBP
- Knowledge of End to End supply chain is desirable
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
- Ability to manage and meet deadlines and multi-task daily activities
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) across stakeholder groups
- Good team player with flexibility to learn
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making approach
- Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational efficiency
