Ecolab has an opening for a **Demand Planner Trainee**for our **Planning Team**located in Barcelona. **What will you do?**:

- Prepare and distribute different demand planning reports.

- Collaborate with different departments to gather and analyze necessary data.

- Monitor and analyze forecast performance KPIs and propose improvements.

- Ability to forecast in the corresponding Demand Planning tool.

- Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work in a team and establish cross-functional relationships.

- Knowledge of planning tools.

- Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.

- San Joan Despí (Barcelona) - hybrid work.
